We offer the option to spread the cost of care over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at 0% APR.

Receive an instant decision.
If approved, your finance plan is activated and your first instalment is taken.
You can then book your appointment.
Remaining payments are collected automatically each month by Humm.

Prescription costs are not included in the fees listed. If medication is prescribed, a private prescription will be issued via SignatureRx.
The cost of medication is paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy.
Adult ADHD Assessment

A full diagnostic assessment with one of our consultant psychiatrists:
Pre-assessment questionnaires (ASRS-v1.1, ACE+IR, medical and consent forms) completed in advance
60-90 minute clinical interview using the DIVA-5 tool, exploring symptoms, history, and daily impact
Detailed written report outlining diagnostic conclusions and treatment recommendations
20-minute follow-up consultation once the report is shared, to answer questions and discuss next steps
Adult Autism Assessment

A comprehensive autism diagnostic assessment for adults:
Pre-screening tools (EQ and CAT-Q) completed prior to your appointment
60–90 minute clinical interview exploring developmental history and current experiences
Diagnostic formulation and feedback report, including recommendations for support or onward referrals
Follow-up consultation to discuss your report and any questions you may have

A 45-minute appointment with a consultant psychiatrist to explore mental health concerns, clarify diagnoses, and discuss treatment options — including medication, talking therapies, or lifestyle recommendations.

From £125 per session
One-to-one coaching sessions designed to support adults with ADHD. Coaching focuses on self-awareness, daily routines, time management, and goal-setting — tailored to how your brain works.
Single sessions or block packages available

Adult ADHD Medication Titration Appointment
We offer flexible options to support your ADHD medication journey, depending on your needs.
Medication Initiation Appointment
£250
45-minute video consultation to safely start ADHD medication, including your first prescription (if appropriate) and 4 weeks of structured monitoring with weekly check-ins.
Medication costs not included.
Titration Appointment – Single Session
£175
30-minute review to monitor progress, adjust dosage, and manage side effects.
Includes clinician support between sessions and repeat prescription if needed.
Titration Package – 5 Appointments
£850
A 45-minute video consultation to safely start ADHD medication, including your first prescription (if appropriate) and entry into our structured titration package.
This package includes:
5 x 30-minute titration review appointments (typically over 5–6 months)
Ongoing clinical monitoring and support
Weekly check-ins during the early phase
No additional fees for issuing prescriptions during the package

Adult Annual Review (Existing Patients)
£275
A 45-minute follow-up appointment for patients who have previously received a diagnosis and/or treatment at Cognition Care. This review ensures continued safe prescribing, monitors symptom changes, and updates your treatment plan.
45-minute consultation with your psychiatrist
Review of current symptoms, medication effectiveness, and any side effects
Adjustments to treatment plan or dosage if needed
Updated letter for GP or medical records (if required)

Child ADHD Assessment

A full diagnostic assessment with one of our experienced clinicians, designed to understand your child’s challenges and strengths. Includes pre-assessment screening, a detailed clinical interview, and a comprehensive report that can be used to support CAMHS, school, or GP referrals.
90-minute parent/carer interview using the DIVA-5 for Children
Teacher and parent questionnaires completed in advance
Comprehensive written report with diagnostic outcome and recommendations

Child Autism Assessment

A structured, multi-stage autism assessment pathway designed to meet NICE guidelines. Suitable for children and young people where autism is suspected. Includes detailed clinical input and a diagnostic report that can be used to support CAMHS, school, or GP referrals.
Pre-assessment screening tools (e.g. parent questionnaires, developmental history forms)
ADI-R structured parent interview (90–120 minutes)
ADOS-2 assessment with your child – conducted in person in line with current clinical standards
Multi-disciplinary team review of all findings
Comprehensive diagnostic report with tailored recommendations
Feedback consultation to explain results and outline next steps
