ADHD Coaching & Practical Support

Structured support to help you build sustainable routines and move forward with confidence.

What is ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is practical, structured support that helps you manage attention, organisation, energy, and follow-through in everyday life.

Rather than focusing on diagnosis or treatment, coaching concentrates on how ADHD shows up day to day - at work, in study, in parenting, and in routine tasks - and supports you to make deliberate, manageable adjustments over time.

How it Helps

Coaching helps move from understanding ADHD to making practical changes in daily life.

People often choose coaching when they are:

• Feeling overwhelmed or stuck
• Wanting structured, non-clinical strategies
• Navigating work, study, parenting or transitions
• Considering support alongside medication

What Coaching Can Support

Coaching sessions often focus on:

• Organisation and planning
• Time management and prioritisation
• Building sustainable routines
• Managing overwhelm and procrastination
• Maintaining motivation and accountability

Who ADHD Coaching is Suitable For

ADHD coaching is suitable for adults and young people who want structured support in managing ADHD-related challenges.

Coaching may be helpful if you:

• Have an ADHD diagnosis and want help applying strategies
• Prefer practical, non-medication support
• Feel unsure how to move forward
• Want support navigating work, study, or daily routines

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching sessions are priced per session, with options to book individually or as part of a discounted block.

  • Single sessions start from £125

  • Discounted rates are available for block bookings of 6, 8, or 12 sessions

  • Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes and delivered online via video call

Block bookings are often helpful for people who want continuity and time to embed strategies, but there’s no requirement to commit upfront. We’ll always discuss what feels appropriate for you before you book.

Visit our appointment fees page for full pricing and package details.

What to Expect from Sessions

Coaching sessions give you space to pause, reflect, and take action in a way that works for you. Whether you’re focusing on a big-picture goal or a day-to-day challenge, your coach will help you unpack it, gain perspective, and identify clear next steps.

Each session is shaped around what feels most relevant to you that week.

Coaching Beyond Diagnosis

For many people, assessment is the starting point, not the conclusion. Understanding ADHD can explain patterns and past challenges, but building routines, managing energy, and sustaining change takes ongoing support.

Coaching at Cognition Care is designed for that next stage - helping you apply strategies over time, not just understand them.

Session Structure

  • Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching

  • Sessions last 45–50 minutes

  • A mix of reflection, practical strategy, and accountability

  • Clear next steps at the end of each session

  • A supportive, judgement-free environment

Before your first session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to help your coach understand your priorities.

What This Means for You

Coaching can help you:

  • Build sustainable routines

  • Maintain momentum and accountability

  • Improve planning and organisation

  • Navigate work, study, or life transitions

  • Apply ADHD strategies consistently in daily lif

Still unsure if coaching is right for you?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting started. ADHD coaching is a collaborative process, and it’s okay to begin feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or curious rather than confident. If you’re not certain whether coaching is the right fit, we’re happy to talk things through and help you decide what support would be most helpful.
